Hannah Webb, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Kirby Oaks Medical Group is pleased to announce the addition of Nurse Practitioner Hannah Webb to our primary care and internal medicine team.
A fourth-generation Houstonian, Hannah brings nearly a decade of diverse experience in family and internal medicine to her work as a nurse practitioner. A proud graduate of St. Agnes Academy and married to a Strake Jesuit graduate, she has deep roots in the Houston community. Hannah earned her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock and her master’s degree from the University of Texas, and she now works under the supervision of Patrick Solcher, MD, a proud Fighting Texas Aggie—a combination that makes for spirited football seasons and lively family gatherings.
Hannah has trained and practiced at many of Houston’s leading hospitals, including Houston Methodist, Baylor St. Luke’s, and MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she developed a deep respect for multidisciplinary, evidence-based care. Her broad clinical background spans both small private practices and large medical organizations, giving her exceptional perspective on delivering personal, coordinated, and high-quality primary care.
In her practice, Hannah emphasizes listening carefully to each patient and developing individualized care plans that reflect their goals and lifestyles. Her philosophy centers on preventive medicine and healthy lifestyle interventions—values she embraced while working in intensive-care settings and witnessing firsthand how proactive health management can transform long-term outcomes.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors with her four wonderful children and supportive husband. She loves good coffee, celebrates movement through yoga, Pilates, and running, and can often be found on the trails with her two energetic dogs.
